No makeup, no workouts, no heat.
SPF and a hat if you go outside.

While you peel

Let the skin come off on its own. Never pull or pick.
Gentle cleanser and a plain moisturizer only.
No retinoids, acids, scrubs or waxing.

After the peeling stops

SPF every single day.
Ease back into your routine as Zoey says.
Call the spa if you notice anything unusual.
