Let your skin breathe. Skip makeup for the rest of the day if you can.
Skip workouts, saunas and hot yoga until tomorrow.
Wear SPF if you're heading back outside.

The next 2 days

Hold off on retinoids, acids and scrubs.
Cleanse gently and moisturize morning and night.
Drink water. Your skin will thank you.

From then on

SPF every morning, even on cloudy Sacramento days.
Stick to the home routine Zoey gave you.
Rebook for your next visit while it's fresh in your mind.
